I joined ContractorCaddie about a month ago and it has already been worth its weight as I had a homeowner that had owed me for a final invoice for 6 weeks and would not get me paid. She was sent a letter from ContractorCaddie and upon receiving it called me and said that if I would not lien the property and put her name on this website she would pay me . I got the check 2 days later. It also saved me time, gas and potential material and labor when I saw that a bid I had set up had liens by three different contractors filed on him within the past 5 months. I know that my business is better off financially from using this website. Count me as a member for life.

I recently signed up with ContractorCaddie, and found that the services they provide are very useful when collecting money from clients that have not paid. Just recently, I submitted information about a client that has not paid, she received a letter from ContractorCaddie stating that she will be put on a black list for contractors.
